Register for Mindfulness Challenge 2019!

Mindfulness Challenge works like a walkathon or bikeathon - you participate in a challenge and ask people to sponsor you. In this case it's a 4-hour meditate-athon. We’ll provide you with the latest fundraising tools and ideas to make it easy to reach your fundraising goal.

When you register, you will be asked to set your fundraising goal.
 Last year the average raised in Toronto was over $500, and at other locations $250. 

Please consider setting your personal goal at $500, $750, $1000, $2000 or more. (We recommend a goal of at least $250.) 
Remember, this event is a fundraiser! Last year, many people reported they didn't think they could raise that much but, with a little effort, they easily surpassed their goal. And we’ll support you with helpful tools & templates.

Here's what the experts say is the best way to start: Get the ball rolling by making a strong first donation yourself. People tend to look to what others have given as a guide. A self-donation is a chance to set the tone and show your personal commitment to the cause.
